【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60672isapplicabletoceramic,glassandglass-ceramicmaterialstobeusedforelectricalinsulationpurposes.Thisstandardspecifiesmethodsoftest.Itisintendedtoprovidetestresultstypicalofthematerialfromwhichthetestpiecesareprocessed.Since,inthemajorityofcases,ceramiccomponentsforinsulatingpurposesareofratherdifferentsizeandshapetotestpieces,theresultsofsuchtestsprovideonlyaguidetotheactualpropertiesofcomponents.Thelimitationsimposedbythemethodofformingandprocessingarediscussedwhererelevant.

【摘要】:TheHorizontalPullSlipmeter3isalaboratoryandfieldinstrumentdesignedtoprovideinformationabouttheslipindexcharacteristicsbetweenwalkwaysurfacesandatestfootmaterialunderdryconditionsonly.TheHPScannotbeusedonwetsurfaces.Slipindexcanbeaffectedbysurfaceroughness,presenceofwater,contaminantssuchasgreaseandotherforeignmaterials,andfloorsurfacewearovertime.Slipindex,asdeterminedbytheHPS,mostlikelywillnotgiveusefulinformationforevaluatingliquidcontaminatedsurfaces,andtherefore,willnotprovideaneffectiveassessmentofapotentialslippinghazardonawalkwaysurfaceundertheseconditions.ThevaluereportedbytheHorizontalPullSlipmeteriscalledtheslipindex.Slipindexistentimesthestaticcoefficientoffriction.Forexample,astaticcoefficientoffrictionof0.4isdisplayedbyaslipindexof4.0whenmeasuredbytheHorizontalPullSlipmeter.TheHPScanbeusedoninclinedsurfaces.Noadjustmentforslopeisneededformeasurementsinthedirectionperpendiculartotheslopeandwhenaveragingfourmeasurementsatonelocationtakenaccordingtostep10.14.1.1Thistestmethodcoversmeasurementofthestaticslipresistanceoffootwearsole,heel,orrelatedmaterialsonwalkwaysurfacesinthelaboratoryandinthefield.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
