适用范围
本标准规定了检验桩架是否符合其工作性能参数所应遵循的试验和方法。
本标准适用于JJ41规定的打桩架，JJ42规定的长螺旋钻孔机用桩架，符合JG5006规定的桩架（不包括打桩船），汽车式桩架和轮胎式桩架。

【摘要】:Staticsealfailuresarepredominatelyduetoincompatibilitywithmedia,degradationbytemperatureextremes,andextrusionstress.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforrelativeperformanceevaluationscreening,andisnormallythesecondstageofthescreeningprocessafterimmersiontestinginaccordancewithTestMethodE1068.Thistestmethodshowsrelativeperformanceofmaterialsunderthecombinedeffectsoftemperature,pressure,andextrusionstress.Itdoesnotnecessarilycorrelatewithactualserviceconditions.Thistestmethodisnotintendedtoincludetheeffectoftestmedia.Avarietyoftestparametercombinationsareprovidedsothatevaluationscanbemadeforaspecificapplication.ThistestmethodusesstandardO-ringsastestspecimens.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheinitialevaluationof(screening)polymericmaterialsforsealsunderstaticsealingstressandatelevatedtemperatures.1.2ThistestmethodappliestogeothermalserviceonlyifusedinconjunctionwithTestMethodE1068.1.3Thetestfluidisdistilledwater.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
