【摘要】:ThispartofISO21527specifiesahorizontalmethodfortheenumerationofviableyeastsandmouldsinproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionorfeedingofanimalsthathaveawateractivitygreaterthan0,95[eggs,meat,dairyproducts(exceptmilkpowder),fruits,vegetables,freshpastes,etc],bymeansofthecolonycounttechniqueat25℃±1℃(References[1],[2]).ThispartofISO21527doesnotallowtheenumerationofmouldspores.NeithertheidentificationoffungalfloranortheexaminationoffoodsformycotoxinsliewithinthescopeofthispartofISO21527ThemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO21527isnotsuitableforenumerationofheatresistantfungi,suchasByssochlamysfulvaorByssochlamysnivea,incannedorbottledfrudandvegetables
