【摘要】:ThispartofISO21527specifiesahorizontalmethodfortheenumerationofviableosmophilicyeastsandxerophilicmouldsinproductsintendedforhumanconsumptionorfeedingofanimalsthathaveawateractivitylessthanorequalto0,95(dryfruits,cakes,jams,driedmeat,saltedfish,grains,cerealsandcerealproducts,flours,nuts,spicesandcondiments,etc.[AnnexA]),bymeansofthecolonycounttechniqueat25℃±1℃(Reference[3])ThispartofISO21527doesnotapplytodehydratedproductswithwateractivitylessthanorequalto0,60(dehydratedcereals,oleaginousproducts,spices,leguminousplants,seeds,powdersforinstantdrinks,dryproductsfordomesticanimals,etc)anddoesnotallowtheenumerationofmouldspores(Reference(3])NeithertheidentificationoffungaltiaranortheexaminationoffoodsformycotoxinsliewithinthescopeofthispartofISO21527.ThemethodspecifiedinthispartofISO21527isnotsuitableforenumerationofhalophilicxerophilicfungi(i.e.Polypaectlurnpisce,Basipetosporahalophila)suchasmaybefoundindriedfish
