【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61163providesguidanceonreliabilitystressscreeningtechniquesandproceduresforelectroniccomponents.Thisstandardisnot,andcannotbe,exhaustiveduetotherapidrateofdevelopmentsintheelectronicsindustry.Thisstandardisintendedfortheuseofa)componentmanufacturersasaguideline,b)componentusersasaguidelinetonegotiatewithcomponentmanufacturersonstressscreeningrequirementsorplanastressscreeningprocessinhouseduetoreliabilityrequirements,c)subcontractorswhoprovidestressscreeningasaservice.Thisstandardisnotintendedtoprovidetestplansforspecificelectroniccomponentsorfordeliveryofcertificatesofconformanceforbatchesofcomponents.
